When we arrive on-site, the first thing we do is identify the highest point of your floor and the plumb of your walls. Most homes, even new ones, have slight imperfections or uneven surfaces. We use professional-grade levels and laser lines to establish a perfectly level "control line" across your walls. This ensures that when your countertops are eventually placed on our cabinets, they sit perfectly flat, preventing issues like pooling water or cracked stone down the line.

Structural Mounting and Alignment
Once the layout is marked, we begin the physical installation, typically starting with the upper cabinets. This prevents us from having to lean over finished base cabinets, protecting your investment during the process. We locate the wall studs and use heavy-duty cabinet screws to secure each unit.
A key part of our service is shimming. If a wall is bowed, we place small wood spacers behind the cabinet frames so that the faces of the cabinets remain perfectly aligned with one another. We then join the individual cabinet boxes together through the face frames. This gangs them into one solid, continuous unit that is much stronger than a series of independent boxes. This attention to detail prevents gaps and ensures the cabinetry stays rock-solid for decades.

Finishing Touches and Hardware
After the boxes are securely mounted and leveled, we move on to the details that define the look of your kitchen. This includes installing the doors, drawers, and decorative trim. We take the time to adjust every hinge and drawer slide. If a door is hanging a fraction of a millimeter off-center, we calibrate it until the reveal, which is the space between the doors, is uniform across the entire run.
We also handle the installation of crown molding, toe kicks, and light valances. These finishing pieces cover the gaps between the cabinets and the floor or ceiling, giving the kitchen a built-in, custom appearance. Finally, we install your chosen pulls and knobs using specialized jigs to ensure every piece of hardware is placed with mathematical consistency.
